1. Eligibility for Returns:Wege wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

3. Return Approval:Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions if the return is approved.
4. Refund Process:Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return meets our eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days, or we add as a points in your wallet.
